This dragon was mentioned in North! Or Be Eaten. He was Yurgen's heir in the First Epoch.
He was killed by Ouster Will, who was disguised as Omer, a friend of the dragons. His death was one of Yurgen's reasons for moving the dragons underwater.

First Epoch[]
Ouster Will tricked Yurgen into digging to the Holoré and Holoél by making the dragon king believe the stones could save his son. Though Yurgen obtained the two stones, the young dragon died from the blow. The digging for the stones also lead to the displacement of the First Well, the sinking of the Sunken Mountains, and caused the land-dwelling dragons to become sea dragons.
