The Phoob Islands are a group of islands off the coast of Skree that has a generally cold climate. A fortress was built there where Amrah the Stonekeeper melded Fangs for Gnag the Nameless. The other fortress like this was Castle Throg in the Killridge Mountains. Kalmar Wingfeather was fanged in the Phoobs.
