David Oyelowo is a British actor, director, and producer.
For The Wingfeather Saga, Oyelowo was cast to play Timber the Grey Fang. The role was initially played by Christopher Robin Miller for a brief cameo in the epilogue of Escape to the North, but after the episode aired, J. Chris Wall and Andrew Peterson revealed that Timber would be recast for Season 3 as part of promoting the character to a recurring status. Oyelowo’s casting was officially revealed on November 12, 2025, when The Bombnubble's Cave and Snickbuzzards and Snow Boggans aired on the Angel app.
