Buzzard Willie is a Skreean man who lives in Glipwood. He was friends with Podo Helmer until they both loved the same woman and she married Buzzard. Podo started a prank war with him and dumped thwaps into his garden every morning. At the end of On the Edge of the Dark Sea of Darkness Slarb opens a chest from Buzzard sent to the Igibys. It is full of thwaps, who kill Slarb and save the Igibys' lives.
